I am in 7th year and looking for job change and perm is in progress with current company

Hi  ,

 

I am currently with company A and I am in 7th year of my H1 Extension which is till Aug,2015 .

 

The perm is still in progress with Company A .

 

 

I got an new offer with Company B .

 

 

1) In case if I join company B and they told they will start perm in 3 months . Will it possible for me to get next H1B extension  after Aug 2015 ?

2) Is there anything that perm should be started before 360 days for H1b extension after 6th year?

3) Can I get the H1b with company B  for an year or I will get only till Aug 2015,since I have my company A extension till Aug 2015 ?

1. No as there is not enough time to get your I-140 approved.

2. It can be started even now.

3. Till August 2015.
