Pripatel Posted November 12, 2014 Report Share Posted November 12, 2014 Hi , I got h1b approval but change of status denied .USCIs determined that I was unlawfully presented by using CPT from the first semester and asked me to leave United States.i left the day I received the notice.i went for H1b stamping in Canada and given the section 221 g to prove that I was on valid F1. What docs should I provide and of weren't be able to prove I will get ban for three yrs to United States .how I can resolve this issue? Thank you Link to comment
