Urgent Advice on Travel

Hello All,

 

I have approved Advance Parole and planning to travel on November 19th and coming back on December 30th.

 

Last Friday was very unfortunate and I got involved in Class B Misdeamnor though it was not my fault and it was a mistake and I will fight the case. I had to bail myself out and now the court the date is not set.

 

I talk to a criminal attorney and he said that I can travel and he can take care of court date in my abscence. Either he can move the date if it comes during my travel time or appear on my behalf.

 

My question is that does anyone know that do I need to inform my immigration lawyers of the situation right now? And does the immigration authority already knows about my case?

 

Please give me some advice. I am not sure if I should travel or not.
