F1 visa stamping in OTTAWA Canada

I booked  my visa date in ottawa for F1 couple of weeks back and my visa date is Dec 2nd. 

Yesterday I saw some posted in facebook about first time F1 visa's in Canada.

Not sure if this was posted long back or recently .. I know couple of my friends went to ottawa couple of months back and got the visa 

 

So I have two questions : 

1) Does any one know when was this posted( I don't see a date ) 

2) Anyone recently went for F1 visa in ottawa and what happened ?

I have an appointment for F-1 on Dec 18 at Ottawa. I have COS to F-1 from H-4. Please share your/your friends experience. even some of my friends showed me the above link. I have finishes 3 semesters and have two semesters to go in my MS .

Hi My friend is planing to go for F1 stamping to Canada in May 15. He came on J1 and converted to F1 now planing to go for F1 visa stamping. Please let me know if Canada is still providing F1 visa stamping?
