chikz Posted October 31, 2014 Report Share Posted October 31, 2014 I had H1B stamped valid till Sept 2014, but it was revoked (July 2014) by my employer as they could find me other job/project. New Employer filed new H1 and now going for stamping. What should I put- Yes or no for above question in form and what should be explanation/comment (it asks for it). In my case answer for revoke would be yes- but what comment should I put. Your advice would be much appreciated. Thank you Link to comment
