since consulate cancelled the appointment they should at least refund the amount so that we can select another consulate in case of emergency ,

this is for all who all are planning to go to jamaica. No more third countries are allowed. No more h1 first time stamping.

H1-H1 also not ok if previous H1 stamp is not from India as per their website
