change of status h4 to f1 after f1 rejected at stamping

Hi team,

I would require your help on changeles of status from h4 to f1 after denied in f1 stamping.

Here's my wife situation.

1.she came to us with h4 and then cos h4 to f1 is approved.

2.got internship , while working traveled to home country and unfortunately f1 stamping got rejected due to she is working .

3. Came back to us with h4.

She want to avaIL opt after graduation.

Is it good decision applying cos h4 to f1 or search the companies who sponser h1

Could you please suggest me whether any one has applied/rejected cos in our situation

Hi. My wife did COS from H4 to F1 in 2012 and we just returned from India earlier this week after getting her F1 visa stamped. She is working on OPT but did have issues getting F1 stamped. Do you know on what grounds did the consulate reject your wife's F1 (on OPT) ?

 

Since your wife is on H4 in US and her degree has already completed, it will be hard to get a COS to F1 again. What you can do is try to enroll your wife in a couple of courses at the university and then do COS from H4 to F1. If not, then look for companies that can apply for her H1 in April 2015.
