The USCIS online status for I-485/I-765/I-131 shows initial review. However, the status for I-140 shows Acceptance. Any idea why it is still in Acceptance stage? even though I-140 was requested for premium processing. Thanks a lot. Link to comment

Physical notice may take from 1 week to 4 weeks to reach. Many times, USCIS online status is not updated. You case may go from acceptance to initial review to decision in quick succession or it may still remain in acceptance and your petition would still be approved. Link to comment
