user0 Posted October 29, 2014 Report Share Posted October 29, 2014 - My PERM was filed in Feb 2014 by company A its in audit - My H1 B expires in OCT 2015 - Company B offers me a job with joining date in November 2014 - Company B wont be able to file perm 365 days before H1B expiry - Can company B extend H1 B beyond 6 years based on the date PERM was filed by company A?
