vishu0151 Posted October 28, 2014 Report Share Posted October 28, 2014 I have applied for I-539 for extension of stay This is based upon my spouse's I94 which is valid till Oct 2016 L1 visa expires in Dec 2014 but I94 is valid till Oct 2016 As part of the extension process i received RFE asking to submit for I797A but in our case there is no I797A...we just have I797 which is valid definitely Can someone tell me what should i do....is I797 same as I797A in my case Link to comment
