mmartha7482
I have 3 years H1B visa stamping on my passport with my current employer but i am thinking of transferring my H1B to another employer in another 1 month. If i transfer do i have to go for stamping again after transferring to new employer if i want to travel to india or can i use the visa on my passport irrespective of the employer change. h1btransferwait
No need to go for stamping if only employer change. You can google and find lot of references for that. Link to comment
jairichi
If your current H1B visa is valid at the time of travel all you need is valid I797 from new employer. Link to comment
itsmeusa
You can use H-1b visa (until it's expired) along with approved I-797A to enter US. Link to comment
