Could you please suggest valid options to travel while EAD is in process. I have valid H1 and wondering if I could use H1 vs (EAD/AP) to travel out/in while waiting for the GC. Link to comment

itsmeusa Posted October 26, 2014 Report Share Posted October 26, 2014 Unless you want to use that AP to enter US, you don't need to be here physically to receive EAD / AP (Advanced Parole). As you said, I am assuming you are planning to enter using your H1b visa. Link to comment
