Any help appreciated.... my questions

 

1) Can I use one confirmation no. from DS160 (not completed) to book appointment for two of us at same time? This is just to book the appointment, I'll fill in both DS160's later.

 

2) Do I have to pay twice the amount of fees if we are to attend the interview together?

 

3) While booking the time slot, do I have to mention anywhere that this would be for both H1 and H4?  Or when I submit two DS160's is when this will be understood?

 

4) I have my I797 valid till January 2015, and I also have my renewal approved starting January 2015. Which one should I use as the receipt number? I assume the new one, please confirm.

1. You needs 2 DS160 numbers to book both your appointments together.

2. It is $190 per applicant. So, it will be multiplied by 2 for you and your spouse.

3. When you create an online appointment you need to mention that it is for your H1B.

4. Use the latest one that is approved.
