Thanks No you are not entitled to know the client's billing rate. Because client is not paying you directly. On H1 you should get yearly salary, I think that's what mentioned on your H1 petition. There is no rule as far as I know whether he divulges the rate or not. Usually Percentage basis candidates talk to prime vendor about the rate directly. Link to comment

There is no percentage there. What would be your "percentage" if you are without a project??? You still need to get paid then, so you are not on a percentage basis. On H1, you ALWAYS get a salary, not a percentage. Any percentage could only be payment above the salary listed on the LCA. Link to comment
