H1 renewal stamping in Tijuna,Mexico with new employer

Can any one please  tell me if I am eligible to go for stamping in Tijuana , Mexico ?

 

Did MS

 

First stamping in Calgary , Canada with old employer

Changed employer an year ago  and have new 797

 

Can I go for stamping now to Tijuana, Mexico with my new  i797  with new employer 

 

 

If any one with this same scenario as mine went to Tijuana , please reply

Do we need to have Mexico visa to visit US consulate ? Can you please tell me the procedure for getting US visa stamped at 

Tijuna,Mexico.

@vinodkumar4: Thanks for your response!! May I know when did you attended and how was your experience? I believe it is two days appointment (1-Finger prints/photograph, 2-visa interview) on two different days, right?

 

Pls let me know what questions have you faced and what documents they asked you.

Who Cannot Apply in Mexico:

  • Third country nationals who are not resident in Mexico and who are applying for a B1/B2 visa (including B1/B2 renewals). 
  •  Applicants who entered the U.S. with a visa issued in their home country and changed status with Department of Homeland Security in the U.S. who seek a new visa in the new visa category.  .
  • Applicants who entered the United States in one visa category and are seeking to re-enter the U.S. in a different visa category. 
  • Applicants who have been out of status in the U.S. having violated the terms of their visas or having overstayed the validity indicated on their I-94s. 
  • Applicants who entered the U.S. under the auspices of the Visa Waiver Program.
  • Applicants who obtained their current visa in a country other than that of their legal residence.

Am I eligible for Tijuana consulate for visa stamping.
