I am planing to travel India in February, I am not sure if I would receive my OPT by then. is it safe to travel with OPT pending? Really appreciate your help. Thanks Link to comment
F1struggle Posted October 20, 2014 Report Share Posted October 20, 2014 You will most likely receive it by Feb since it more than 3 months for feb. Having said that, with a valid visa and copy of notice that you applied, you may travel. It will be even more of a strong case for you if you have a job offer before you travel. Link to comment
