Am I eligible for EB2?Experience in India + USA same company

I completed my 4 year bachelor degree (BE) in Computer science and engineering in 2002 .I have 9 Year 11 Month work experience with Company A .Now, Company A is filling GC for me.I have 5 Year 6 month prior experience  before the current visit to USA.

 

Question :Does my 5 Year 6 month experience  will  get included for EB2 Criteria (Bachelor degree +5 Year experience )irrespective of the location/prior visits ?

 

Here is my break out of  work experience and Location  in details. 

• Company A India:  2 Year 2 Month
• Company A  USA : 1 Year Intra company transfer (No USA payrolll, only daily allowances
• Company A India: 1 Month
• Company A USA : 1 Year Intra company transfer-L1 B(USA Payroll)
• Company A India: 1 Year 3 Month
• Company A USA : (Current employment)- L1 B to H1 -4 Year 5 Months

Could be if the job offered under GC has job duties at least 50% or more different than job duties you are performing now.
