sandys21
Hi, I got my visa stamped for H1 for an employer in Dec 2008 and it got expired on July 2011. I quit that employer and they had taken back all the documents. All I have is the visa stamp in my visa with EAC #. Is it possible to file for H1 cap exempt with just the EAC # as I do not have any other documents? Link to comment
