My questions is my wife has already travelled to India and i understand extending her H4 will be a issue since she has surrendered her I94 at the airport before she left. Once my Extension gets approved after which i am planning to travel to India and get it stamped. Can she get her H4 Visa stamped along with me based on my I797. Appreciate your help Link to comment
