appuraju51 Posted October 17, 2014 Report Share Posted October 17, 2014 I entered USA on 15th July 2012.Visa Expiration Date - Sept 2012. ( No stamping for my last visit). I Had My H1b Extension I-797 of my old Employer valid until Sept 2015 But as My Passport was getting Expired on August 10th 2013 therefore at the Port of Entry I got my I- 94 only till August 10th 2013. I Joined New Employer early 2013 and I got my H1b transfer and along with the transfer I also got new I-94 which is valid until Sept 30th 2015. I have renewed my passport but i do not have stamped visa as i did not make any International Travel after July 2012. I am Curious to know My Status as I did not travel out of USA befor my I-94 Expired which was given to me at Port Of Entry.i.e August 10th 2013. Urgent Help required. Link to comment
