rahul412
Hi, My current H1B visa stamped on passport and I94 with X company expires Nov 30th 2014. Cross the border ASAP and get your new I94 by showing your new 797. AFAIK, your old I94 is no longer valid I guess since that H1 is no longer valid. Link to comment

Pankaj Nerkar
Hi Joe/Rahul, Two important things, 1. In my aprroved I797c they specifically asked me to visit Mumbai consulate so is it fine if I go to some other consulate. 2. My wife is in 9th month of her pregnancy so traveling is not an option right now. Link to comment
