H1B Stamping with DUI and psoriasis

HI,

 

I am on H1B got a dui(OWI) in WI 2012 and i plead a guilty and paid the fine and alcohol assessment completed everything.

I am thinking to go my home country for my visa stamping I am sure I will get a (medical 221G) in the medical (I have psoriasis(skin allergy Couse by les immune i had it more than 9 years) before coming to usa I had it, My question is,  Is this effect my medical and denied of visa stamping ?

Any help on this matter really appreciate.

The psoriasis is not material to getting a visa. The DUI may delay the process.
