nchhabria Posted October 7, 2014 Report Share Posted October 7, 2014 I wanted to clarify one doubt regarding the return of I-94 card on departure from US. I have an old I-94 attached on my passport, this is when I was last admitted in US. I recently got my H1b extension approved and hence the latest I-94 I have is part of the I-797A notice. I am traveling out of US this month, so I am assuming that I need to return both I-94 cards when I leave US, am I right? If not then please let me know the right thing to do. Appreciate your help!
