touchwood
I enrolled for my second master's at TVU and after the shutdown applied for h1b(consulting job). Got approved but change of status was denied. So i went to my home country and attended the interview. After a 221g got an approval in 45 days. Reentered US and after a while applied for h1b transfer(full time job) got approved and have been working fulltime for about a year. Should i be concerned while going for second time stamping now? Vinayprirajin84
Yes. you will be as they will be looking at change of status for you... Try to get all your documents.. they will drill you down with many questions, so be prepared.. i dont want to say anything more and scare you, but you make sure.. you carry each and every document.
