I have a valid H1b stamping till September,2015 .I am going to get married in coming November and also planning to sponsor H4 for my wife. My question is- do I have to go for H1b visa stamping as I transferred my visa to a new employer and also I need file H4 visa for my wife.Could anyone please advise me. Link to comment
jairichi Posted September 30, 2014 Report Share Posted September 30, 2014 No need for new H1B visa stamping as your visa is valid till Sep 2015. All your wife needs for her H4 visa interview is a copy of your I797 and marriage certificate. Link to comment
