prad1982 Posted September 29, 2014 Report Share Posted September 29, 2014 My employer filled PERM 2 months back, but yesterday I found mistake in ETA 9089 form that my I-94# is completely wrong. I have contact with my lawyer,they are saying DOL will not check my I-94# status. I’m not sure at the moment and little tensed as well. A feedback from you will be highly appreciated. Link to comment
itsmeusa Posted September 29, 2014 Report Share Posted September 29, 2014 DOL will not check I-94, but when you apply for I-140, USCIS can re-verify entire PERM and if they find this mistake, they would issue RFE to justify whether you had valid I-94 as mentioned in PERM. You have a chance to reply that time with correction. Link to comment
