whether my wife was out of status based on I-94?

Me and my wife traveled in December 2012 and when we entered US, my wife showed her I-797 that was valid until Jan 2015 but online the I-94 validity was only until June 2013. 

 

Now she is with another company starting Feb 2014 and she has a new I-797 that is valid until 2016.

 

Does this mean my wife was Out of status between June 2013 until Feb 2014? Please help

I don't think she was out of status. If she was indeed out of status her cap exempt H1B petition with new employer would not have got approved with I94.
