sameerguptha
Immigration Status: H1-B Green Card Application Status: Approved I-140, EB2 I have been on H1-B from the past few years, I m travelling out of country this month for approximately 4 weeks and I have exhausted all my paid vacation.my employer asked me to take an unpaid vacation and he said it wouldn't be necessary to have a paycheck if your out of country.I will be resuming employment on my return after 4 weeks, I was just wondering if this will create a problem (like an RFE or Query) while filing an I-485 application when they ask for recent paystubs, in which case I wouldn't have them for almost a month. I would really appreciate any help in this issue. Link to comment
jairichi
If you are outside US and not paid it is not an issue at all. Link to comment
rahul412
If you are out of US then you are not on H1. So no need of paystub during that time. Link to comment
