satya2k1
Hi friends, I have a question about H1B extension with new employer after 6 years of H1B. I am currently in 10th year of H1B. I was on H1B with my previous employer (full time) for almost 8 years and they filed GC in EB3 category...and i got I140 approved from previous employer. Now I am working for another employer (full time) for almost 2 years and they started my GC now, hopefully file PERM in February, 2015.. My current H1B is due for renewal in July, 2015 which leaves less than 365 days after filing PERM. Am I eligible to get 3 years H1B extension based on previously approved I140 from previous employer even though I have less than 365 days after filing PERM at current employer?? Link to comment
jairichi
As long as I-140 is not revoked by previous employer you are eligible for extensions. Link to comment
