h1btraveller2013
I have my H1B visa stamped on my passport valid till August 2017. I have the changed the company in between and have a valid petition till December 2017. I had to travel to India now, and am travelling back in a week. I wanted to confirm that we dont have to go for stamping again and can show the visa and new petition to enter US right? Even though my visa stamp contains the name of the previous company? MyProfile4
you should be good with the visa from old employer. Just show the new I-797 at the port of entry and carry pay stubs from new employer. Link to comment

omshiv
Your understanding is correct. No need of stamping, just show your new petition at POE. You are good to go. Link to comment
