I am applying for H1b visa and While creating account at Jamaica website what should i mention for this question. 

 

Is applicant renewing the visa?

Yes or No

 

my background:

I have my H1B visa before but it expired at oct 2012. 

 

Somebody please help me with this.

I have my I-797 approved and valid till 2015

What should i write as i am also in the same case.. 

 

1st H1B stamping done in Vancouver and expired in 2013 , now on 2nd H1B Stamping from 2013. planning to go to stamping.. 

 

Also i did not change employeer also.. everything same.. What should i mention for the below questions ? ? ? 

 

Please help me out ...

i am also in same boat as this person. 

 

My 1st H1b is approved and stamped in vancouver and is currently expired in 2013. Now i am on 2nd H1B from 2013. For this below question what should i keep as i am also playing to go to stamping in JAmaica. 

 

Please help me out.. both times i am with the same employer and nothing is changed..
