Hi,

 

  My company is planning to file GC for me next month. My wife is also on H1B currently, can i include her name as  dependent in the petition. If not what should i need to do to add my wife as dependent.

yah you can do that..during I-140 or when the PD is current you both can file 485 together.

I suspect Omshiv meant that you fill up details about your spouse during the I-140 application and once the PD is current you each file for AOS on your own recognizance from whatever legal status you are in then.
