My case is as follows:

Came to US in F1 for masters ---> masters completed --->H1B approved-->worked on H1B -->got H1B stamped in Mexico Juarez --> lost job --> transferred to F1 masters degree --> worked in CPT after 1 year of being in full time F1 student ---> applied for H1B---> H1B approved but COS denied citing double masters and CPT not being integral part of the course ---> USCIS updated my SEVIS citing H1B approval  but have to exit and enter US --> consular processing in home country.

So planning to go to Jamaica for the same cos home country stamping to avoid high risk.

so you have abused CPT. Doesn't matter which consulate you attend, you will face problems for abusing CPT.

In other words, you abused CPT at one of the fraud "universities".

That will result in problems down the road at every US consulate.

It is a VERY BAD idea to abuse CPT. It will always come back to bite.

@Itsmeusa: thanks! Will be heading to Jamaica!

@rahul412: "you have abused CPT" is a pretty loaded statement that's unwarranted. Thanks!

"H1B approved but COS denied citing double masters and CPT not being integral part of the course"

That's why it is CPT abuse.

CPT has to be an integral part of the curriculum. If it isn't, it is not legitimate, in other words, it is abuse.

So, you DID abuse CPT. That statement is warranted.
