mookrat
I am a GC holder petitioning for my wife. I had send I-130 to Vermont Service Center at March 2014. At that time, the USCIS website was showing the processing time as 6 months. When I checked it now, it is saying 9 months. So, I am wondering if they will process my I-130 approval in 6 months or 9 months. I am quite confused.I am aware that lack of family preference visa will cause my petition to be queued at NVC but do they queue at USCIS instead? Can somebody please illuminate me? any advice will be appreciated Link to comment
itsmeusa
The timelines posted by service centers are not always 100% accurate. So 6 months or 9 months - don't worry, just take action when USCIS sends some letter. Link to comment
