DUI in opt - Also off the project.

Hi , 

 

After having gone through good times - My bad time has arrived and finally pushed me to fall into the pit of problems.

 

I recently got arrested for DUI in the last month and that too just after  completion of my project at xxx client.  And now i'm looking for a new opportunity with the DUI. My court date is in couple of months - but i want to be placed asap before i appear in the court.

 

My question is -  does the record of DUI and my license suspension appears in my background check  before the court announcements(court date)? If it appears do the clients accept me for the job when the case is still pending?

 

Please please - someone help me with the appropriate details. I'm in the worst situation i've ever imagined.  Any suggestion from you all is appreciated.
