I140 & H1 approved, currently out of country and have to return

Hi,

My I140 got denied and I have to leave USA on Jan 5th 2014. Then i reapplied and it got approved in Sep 2014. I applied H1 on PP and even H1 got approved for an year. I will go for stamping next month, but i'm not sure when i should come back to USA.

 

Now my question is, Should i need to wait for an year to get completed, i.e. wait till Jan 5 2015 and enter US after that. Will this help me in future approvals?

OR

It doesn't matter when i enter US.

 

I meant, if i go to US in Oct 2014 / Jan 2015, it doesn't matter and will not have any impact on my future approvals.

 

Please help me, so that i can plan my return to US. Hopefully will get the stamping without any problems.

you can enter US after H1 stamping.

It does not matter when you come back in H1 status.
