syed1981
Hi, please find my case details Its related to H1B non cap. Receipt date: Dec 2013 RFE date: Feb 10 2014 RFE response date :April 9 2014 As now it's been crossed 150 days but still the status at USCIS is "request for evidence response review ". Can any one provide me the possibility of delay? When I checked the calendar time limits it's given as 60 to 90 days but my case looks very embarrassing to me. When I followed with my employer they said only option for regular processing is service request, else change the case to premium. I am very much worried on the situation. Could any one provide me the alternative solution to get the update from uscis. Thanks. Link to comment

jairichi
Yeah correct but in my current employer many high level approvals are required to get it to pp. It is legal for you to pay fee for PP. Many employers are concerned about spending additional money. Since you will be paying from your pocket it might be easy to convince employer through attorney. Link to comment

syed1981
Hi Jai, I need your assistance again. My petition got denied after 2 RFE's with 'X' employer. I did other H1B transfer with 'Y' employer and it got Approved and stamped. Now I am in UK with 'X' employer and again they are processing my H1B transfer. My doubt is if it approved/denied by chance, will my 'Y' employer petition gets invalid? Please advise. Regards Syed Link to comment
