H1B Approved without I-94 and consulate mentioned HYD (Urgent *******)

Hi,

I got my h1b approval with i797B form which doesn't include the I-94 as USCIS denied my change of status(COS).

Consulate mentioned as HYD when requested in RFE and provided the same in the I797B form.

But right now i am thinking to go to Jamaica- am i eligible? though the consulate mentioned  HYD in I797B form.

 

So please suggest.

what will you say when vo asks "why didn't you attended at HYD?"

If you have a valid Visa in your passport you can exit and renter without taking any visa appointment. You need to show new petition copy along with a valid visa in your passport at port of entry.
