LCA Posting for H1 with two employer

Actually i got my H1 visa Transfer approved for Employer A,

 

Employer A asked me to wait for couple of weeks to join them.

 

In the mean time my current employer project is winding up by next week,my current employer wants my LCA to be filed for a new state by next week,so that i can join the new project ASAP.

 

Queries:

 

1.Can a new LCA be posted for my current employer till the employer A finds me a project?

 

2.There can be a chance that both my current and New employer(Employer A) post my LCA for different client and states,will that affect?
