tadi18
I am currently on h4 and have a job offer with start date of September 1st week. My EAD notice date is Jul 31. I have been out of work for 2 yeas and this job means a lot to me. My attorney recommended we go through senator's office for expedited request and I spoke to the Senator's office who agreed to send a request to Uscis. I see there are a few categories which USCIS honors for expedite request and I am not sure what my case falls under. My husband has a 6 digit salary and we are not in a financial crisis. My job offer has 90k salary. Can it be used to justify severe financial loss if I lose it? Or I have been out of job for 2 yrs now and as this is a great opportunity that I cannot lose for personal reasons. does it fall under "extreme emergent situation" ? Please advise anything else I can do Link to comment
pontevecchio
If the Senators Office cannot swing it there is nothing you can do. I assume you mean a Federal Senator. Link to comment
