TB test Chest Xray positive

Hi,

 

Can you please let me know When spouse has TB chest x-ray results 'POSITIVE' and the primary applicant has everything normal.

 

Will the physician give all the necessary forms(I-639) required to file the I-485?

 

The PD: 1st april 2009

The physician will give all the required forms irrespective of the prognosis and there will be forms for each individual not one form for the family.

 

Now if TB is positive it will be indicated on the forms, so what USCIS does with this information is in USCIS purview the physician does not control it.
