The obama new immigration reform will it provide Greencard for all parents who 's children are  US citizens.Mean they need not be 21 years of age to sponser for there parents.Parents will be given provisional waiver to remain in USA.

No their is nothing like that. You need to EARN GC, their is no shortcut for this.

If that's possible then everyone will make babies to get GC. Just think practically.

There is nothing much to talk about US immigration reform now as it has been stalled for a long time. Don't keep hoping for things and lose your valuable time. Just get on with life.
