mnm0710
Resurrecting my old post but... 02/13/2015 - "Welcome Notice Mailed" and "Card Production Ordered" Oh my god, I won't say it's over until I actually get it in my hand but I got the "Card Was Ordered To Be Produced" status update just a couple minutes ago! 10 Years, 1 month, 21 days since I came to the U.S under H4 as a 14 year old. Graduating high school, aging out, having to switch to F1, having to pay out of state college and graduate school tuition in my home state, being within 2 weeks of having to leave the country when my current bosses offered me a job and told me they'd do my H1B and Green Card. Then the stupid H1B lottery to get my heart racing again. Wow can't explain the emotions. This is my home, this is where all of my best friends are, not to mention my parents. Finally it looks like I have the piece of paper that says I can officially call this country my home. Sorry for the rambling, pretty emotional right now. Link to comment
