hemanthpdeep
Hi, I did COS on 1-Oct-2013 by showing employer in-house project. LCA for in-house project was initiated on 15-Sep-2014 for Monmouth Jn, New Jersey. Late LCA updation: But started working on client project in CA from 2-Oct-2013 and my employer had filed new LCA for client location on 23-Oct-2013 i.e. delayed by 21 days. Late Petition Amendment: Though there was material change (i.e. from NJ to CA), my employer had filed H1B petition amendment in 7-June-2014 i.e. 9 and half months after I started working at client location and got it approved. Now I am planning to visit India and get visa stamped. Would this delay in LCA update and H1B petition amendment cause any problem in stamping? Please suggest. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks, HemnthPdeep Link to comment
hemanthpdeep
No problem. So it shouldn't be a problem with delay in updating LCA and amending petition. Thanks for clarifying, Rahul. One more thing, the Role mentioned in LCA is different from the one mentioned in Petition. Will it impact stamping? Please suggest. Link to comment
