nice_2cute
Hi all, I have couple of questions.please reply. I am working for a MNC and applied Green card , recently my I140 approved under eb2 category. My spouse works in canada ( canadian PR), I want to move to canada for 2-3 years until spouse gets canadian citizenship. 1. If i move to canada what will happen to my approved I140? 2. Incase if my employer withdraw I140 can i still use my 2014 PD later on ? 3. Does companies withdraw approved I140 petitions ? Thanks in advance. sk. Link to comment
pontevecchio
1.Nothing unless the employer revokes the petition. 2. Yes 3. Usually not. But they can. You still retain the PD for a subsequent filing. Link to comment
