naveen.osu
Hello there, I'm currently working as a full-time employee to employer A. I have accepted a job offer with employer B and I have my H-1B visa transfer in progress. Additional notes: My employer B is doing H-1B transfer as a premium processing. I have a valid(not expiring anytime soon) H-1B stamping on my passport with my employer A. I verified that I don't need a visa to visit Bahamas - http://www.bahamasny.net/ApplicationFiles/Cruise_Ships.pdf I'm hoping that I will get my H1B approved before my travel. I have a Bahamas cruise trip planned during H-1B transfer in progress. Can I travel, just with my current employer A's visa without any issues ? Is there any additional documents that I need carry with me ? Will there be any issues with my i-94 changes ? Please someone answer my questions. Thanks in advance! Link to comment
jairichi
If you are currently working for employer A then you are fine. If you are working for employer B you will need petition approval to enter US. Link to comment
