sharathp
Hello all, My departure record (November 2012) is missing in my "Travel History" retrieved at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html. However, my corresponding arrival record (December 2012) is present and all my subsequent arrival and departure records (2 round trips) seem to be correct . I am trying to "recapture time" to stay beyond my H1B's 6 years as I am waiting for my PERM & I-140 approval. My questions: 1. Do I need to send my "Travel History" retrieved from the above website when I file for H1B recapture? 2. If 1 is Yes, how can I request my "Travel History" to be corrected? (Unfortunately, I don't have the boarding passes from 2012 as a proof, however I got my visa stamped in India during that time period, would that "embossed visa" in my passport be sufficient as a proof?) Thanks, Link to comment
KarBabu
Make sure you type your last name as in passport without space and see you can fetch your i-94 information. 1. Any dates that you don't have in i-94 (photocopy) format, you need to get it online i-94 from above URL. Also, in 2012 this automated i-94 was not there, so you should/your lawyer(if you had sent him a photo/scan copy) should have a scanned/photocopy for your 2012 ? Link to comment
