Labour approved. Can 140 be done by a different employer.

Hi All. 

I have used up all my 6 years of H1, just 15 days kept namesake.

I returned to India in april 2014. I am now in India.

My labour was approved in June 2014.

I want to do an I-140 and then seek H1 extension based on that.

However, I am not happy with the employer who processed my labor.

So I want to know if I can go to any other consulting company with

my approved labor and the NEW employer do the I-140 using the

labour approved in June 2014. Is this possible ?

Not possible. New employer has to start from scratch.
