RajivBhalla Posted July 22, 2014 Report Share Posted July 22, 2014 As per RFE- USCIS needed all approval notices (Form I-797) for all extension and change of status for my wife . But i (Primary Applicant) have all approval notices. But my wife also have all approval notices as i539 except for one extension between 2005 and 2007 between my stay in IUS from 2004 and 2008. Is it possible that My Approval notice will help in identifying my wife stay during that period. Please suggest what to do next. Link to comment
