nandac
I filed my gc in eb3 some 10 years back. i140 approved in 2006. but had to move to india in 2007 where I missed it when they 'opened it up'. so had to file consular processing at that time. I am a graduate from an indian university. have like 20 years experience now. at that time I was a dba. now I am project/delivery manager. not sure if I would still qualify for eb2. but my wife who is a dependent in my green card processing, has a masters from an American college. she got her masters in 2009. can our combined application be moved to eb2 based on her qualification? appreciate the insights. Qualifications of dependents don't help in determining the category. The job requirements for the primary applicant are what determines the category. Link to comment
Kal.911
Repeated Question..again. Please refer to the answers provided for the same EXACT question for atleast 10 times on the first page itself of the "EB2/EB3 - Education & Experience" topic. If you ask repeat questions, we all look not so progressive in understanding the immigration laws. Link to comment
